• Local Player Profiles: You choose standard nicknames, roles (e.g., Captain, Member, Guest), and favorite club setups in your profile schema.
• Gameplay & Scoring Logs: Every frame scored, fouls made, balls pocketed, breaks registered, and dish records are stored to generate real-time standings and career statistical boards.

2. How We Use and Store Your Data

All stored credentials, metrics, and configurations are accessed only through standard, end-to-end encrypted Firestore endpoints.

• To Run Personal Leagues: Standings calculations, frame metrics, and team histories are processed to construct real-time leaderboard states.
• Zero Ad Profiling: We have explicitly stripped the application of advertisement banner networks, analytics tracking software, and tracking scripts to guarantee a high-focus atmosphere.
• Limited Use Disclosure: Our use and transfer of information received from Google APIs to any other app will comply with Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

3. Third Party Services & Storage

We leverage cloud-native services authorized specifically to run our core game database safely:

• Google Cloud Platform & Firebase: Authentication flows and player tables are permanently preserved in Firestore, located within secure regional domains covered under robust Google Service Level Agreements.
• Payment Processing partners: Our billing integrations (e.g., Buy Me a Coffee or stripe) process checkout transactions securely off-site; payment credentials never transit or settle on our systems.

4. Data Retention and Your Rights

We fully respect the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and regional frameworks. You possess complete sovereignty over your registered metrics:

• Access & Correction: You can edit nicknames or league lists directly in settings.
• Right to Deletion (Right to Be Forgotten): You may request full account removal at any time. When an account is terminated, all associated emails, profile cards, and specific personal configurations are immediately purged from our active Firestore collections.
