Agreement of Use
By accessing or playing on **UK Pool Scoreboard**, you unconditionally agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all terms written below, you are prohibited from utilizing our scoring grids, cloud sync services, and league statistics platforms.
1. Acceptance of Terms & Eligibility
You must be of legal age to form a binding contract or have obtained parental/guardian consent before registering. Accounts created by automated scripts, bots, or unauthorized scraping applications are strictly prohibited.
2. Account Registration & Security
When registering your nickname or binding with a Google OAuth credential, you agree to:
- Provide accurate, genuine names or nicknames that do not violate trademark or public decency policies.
- Maintain the absolute confidentiality of any cloud access keys or accounts. We are not responsible for any security incidents originating from compromised local devices or password shares.
3. Scoring and Game Logic Code of Conduct
The platform is engineered exclusively for tracking recreational or official UK Blackball or World Rules matches. Users are strictly prohibited from:
- Falsifying score logs, inputting fictitious frame data, or artificially manipulating standings outputs and player stats to compromise league integrity.
- Using offensive, derogatory, or defamatory language in team names, player nicknames, or tournament tags.
4. Billing, Webhooks, & Upgrades
Some features (e.g. unlocking larger leagues or advanced analytical stats) require active Standard or Pro level licenses.
- All payments are processed offsite via secure transactional platforms. No financial credentials are handled by our application server.
- Licensed feature availability is subject to verification of webhook logs from Buy Me a Coffee or equivalent authorization flows. Artificial simulation of upgrade parameters will trigger immediate system termination and account blacklists.
5. Limitation of Liability & Disclaimers
UK Pool Scoreboard is provided on an **"AS IS"** and **"AS AVAILABLE"** basis without guarantees of any kind, either expressed or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted server performance, error-free game histories, or completely perfect data transitions in cases of regional network issues.
